All countries of the European Union and the Middle East. If your country is not offered at checkout, contact us.

Orders ship from Cyprus within 1–2 business days.

EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Middle East: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Large lounge packs may ship in several boxes and can take a little longer. We will tell you if that applies to your order.

Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us. You can also check it on the Track order page.

Orders within the EU have no customs charges. Orders to the Middle East may be subject to local import duties or taxes, collected by the carrier and paid by the recipient.

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated date, email support@hoocuff.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
