Terms of sale

We sell the Hoocuff safety cuff as a Single (1 unit), a Duo (2 units) and as lounge packs from 30 to 1,000 units. Product photos are illustrative. Small differences in colour or finish do not count as a defect.

All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping to the EU and the Middle East is included in the price. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are paid by the buyer.

Lounge pack prices are per pack. Each pack shows the price per unit, the pack total and the saving against the single-unit price.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price error is obvious, or if we suspect fraud. In that case any payment is refunded in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Accepted methods are shown at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

We ship from Cyprus with tracking. Delivery times and countries are described on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See the Returns & withdrawal page for how this works.

Lounge packs bought by a business for use in its venue are business purchases. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to them, but we accept returns of unopened packs within 14 days by agreement.

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If your Hoocuff is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Hoocuff is an accessory that holds the stem adaptor to the vase neck. Check that the cuff is fully closed before lifting, and check the fit on your setup before first use. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, use on incompatible sizes or modification of the product, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the order, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
